Custom and personalized orders
Please contact me if you have a custom order in mind.
Custom orders must be paid up front and are non-refundable unless I am unable to complete them. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the item to be made before it can be shipped.
Wholesale availability
I don't offer wholesale pricing.
Sizing details
Please see listing details for measurements on individual items. Some photos show the items in my hand for size reference.
Please keep in mind that due to the way I make things in my studio, there are slight differences in size and capacity even within the same style (i.e., if you order two mugs because you want a matching set, they could have some variation in size, but the measurements will be specified in the listing descriptions for each mug).
Care instructions
Anything with gold or silver on it is NOT microwave or dishwasher safe because the lusters contain real precious metals and they could react with chemicals in the dishwasher that could make the gold flake off.
Gently hand wash gold accented items with soap. Don't use anything abrasive on the gold luster because it could make it wear away.
Over time and with a lot of use, the gold may eventually get a little dull or be rubbed away in spots- but if you treat your piece gently the gold will last a lot longer.
Discounts
I DO NOT OFFER DISCOUNTS on any item that has not been made yet, including requested items or custom orders.
Items marked ON SALE at a percentage off always go through as the sale price, but percentages off only apply to the items marked on sale, and the discount does not apply to shipping or other items in the order if the other items aren't marked on sale.
SECONDS SALE items are marked at the sale price instead of showing a percentage off. Seconds sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds based on mentioned flaws.
